Barcelona striker Bojan Krkic has insisted that if he is to leave the club during the January transfer window, then he is only interested in a permanent switch, and will not entertain a short-term loan move.

The Spanish international has found himself slip down the pecking order at the Camp Nou this season, following the arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the emergence of Pedro.

Sport reports that the player is becoming frustrated at his lack of action, and is considering a future away from the Catalan club, but is not keen on a temporary switch.

The 19-year old burst onto the scene in 2007 and has made over 100 appearances for the Blaugrana in his short time as part of the first team. He was regarded as the next player to become a World superstar to be produced by Barcelona’s youth system that developed the likes of Messi, Xavi, and Andres Iniesta.

However, Pep Guardiola has preferred to use Pedro Rodriguez, who has netted 10 goals in 20 appearances this season and is regarded as the understudy to the trio of Messi, Zlatan, and Thierry Henry.
