Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has admitted he believes youngster Pedro still has a lot of work to do before he reaches the level of Thierry Henry.

Speaking to Sport ahead of his side's match with Getafe tomorrow evening, Guardiola said, “He's still quite a few steps ahead of Pedro,” adding, “I have great faith in Titi [Henry] and I hope he will recover his best form.”

The Barca coach also defended his big money summer signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic amidst criticism about the striker’s lack of goals recently.

“I don’t know to what extent we can talk of a drought. Lots of goals and a lot of plays have been due to Ibra.”

Barcelona host Getafe tomorrow evening and Pep went on to admit he was not expecting an easy match against the Copa del Rey semi-finalists.

“They will not come too tired and will give it their best," he predicted. "They are three points adrift of the UEFA places and are cup semi-finalists. Against Sevilla, we saw what they are capable of."
